Buck City — Support

Need help? Email brucker.rob@gmail.com.

Buck City is made by one person, and every message is read and answered personally — usually within a couple of days.

It helps to include your device (for example, iPhone 15 Pro), your iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot is worth a great deal.

Common questions

Where are my cities saved?
On your device, and only on your device. Buck City saves automatically as you play. There are no accounts and nothing is uploaded, which also means that deleting the app deletes your cities.

Can I move a city to another device?
Yes — use Share City from the menu. It packs the whole city into a link you can send to yourself; opening that link rebuilds the city. Very large cities can exceed what a link will hold, in which case the game offers a file instead — or play it in any browser at buck-city.com.

Does it need an internet connection?
No. Buck City is fully playable offline.

Why are some buildings locked?
Tools unlock as your city grows, so the early game stays simple. The padlock icon shows the population you need — bus stops, schools, hospitals and airports all arrive as the city earns them.

Does it collect any data about me?
No. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. See the privacy policy.

Is there a refund?
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
